Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Beltroni AI subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Here's how it works:

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Profile page in the dashboard and clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button.
  • Access Until Period End: When you cancel, you will retain access to your AI agents and all features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Future Charges: Once canceled, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
  • Reactivation: You may reactivate your subscription at any time by logging back into your account.

Refund Policy

General Refund Terms

Beltroni AI operates on a usage-based subscription model. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • No Refunds for Used Services: We do not provide refunds for credits that have been used, AI agents that have been deployed, or API calls that have been made.
  • Billing Period: Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annually). Cancellation does not result in a pro-rated refund for the current billing period.
  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Customers)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new customers. It works simply:

  • Cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription payment and you will receive a refund for your unused balance.
  • Pay only for what you used. Beltroni will calculate and deduct the exact cost of resources consumed during your trial period — including chat tokens, voice minutes, and knowledge base storage. The remaining balance will be refunded in full.
  • Included voice minutes are not free on refund. Each plan publishes a per-minute voice rate. If you cancel within 7 days, any included voice minutes you consumed will be billed at your plan's published per-minute rate and deducted from your refund. Unused included minutes are not charged.
  • Setup & Service Fee. A Setup & Service Fee of 25% of your total consumption (credits and voice minutes) will be calculated and deducted from your refund. This fee covers infrastructure, LLM services, and platform costs — including Supabase, AI model usage, and backend services — incurred during your trial period. The fee will be fully itemized in your refund summary.
  • No hidden fees. All usage — credits, voice minutes, and the Setup & Service Fee — is billed transparently at your plan's published rates and fully itemized in your refund summary.
  • To request a refund, contact us at support@beltroni.com within 7 days of your first payment.

Refund Formula: Refund = Subscription Price − Used Credits (as shown in the Consumed Credits indicator on your Overview Tab) − Setup & Service Fee (25% of Used Credits).

This guarantee applies to the first subscription payment only and does not apply to renewal payments. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under our 7-day money-back guarantee, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@beltroni.com
  2. Include your account email address and subscription details
  3. Provide a brief explanation of your refund request
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
